Kaijin Kaihatsu-bu no Kuroitsu-san (怪人開発部の黒井津さん), also known as Miss Kuroitsu from the Monster Development Department, is an anime series based on the manga of the same name written and illustrated by Hiroaki Mizusaki. The story follows Miss Kuroitsu, a monster-developing assistant for an evil secret organization, who finds that fighting for department funding, pleasing corporate bosses, and dealing with last-minute design changes is far harder than actually conquering the world.
