Buta no Liver wa Kanetsu Shiro (豚のレバーは加熱しろ), also known as Butareba -The Story of a Man Who Turned into a Pig- is an anime series based on the light novel of the same name written by Takuma Sakai and illustrated by Asagi Tosaka. The story follows an unappealing otaku who passes out after eating raw pig liver and reincarnates in a fantasy world as a literal pig, where he is befriended and cared for by Jess, a kind girl with the ability to read minds.
