Shinmai Renkinjutsushi no Tenpo Keiei (新米錬金術師の店舗経営), also known as Management of a Novice Alchemist, is an anime series based on the ligth novel of the same name written by Mizuho Itsuki and illustrated by Fuumi. The story follows Sarasa Feed, a young orphan who graduates from an alchemy academy and must renovate a run-down shop in a remote village. To become a world-class alchemist, she manages her store and gathers materials from the dangerous wilderness while supporting the local community.
