Rokujouma no Shinryakusha!? (六畳間の侵略者！？), also known as Invaders of the Rokujyoma!?, is an anime series based on the light novel of the same name written by Takehaya and illustrated by Poco. The story follows Koutarou Satomi, a high school student who moves into a suspiciously cheap apartment, Room 106. He soon finds himself in a supernatural battle for the space as a ghost, a magical girl, an alien princess, and an underground dweller all claim it as their own.
