Hell Mode: Yarikomizuki no Gamer wa Hai Settei no Isekai de Musou suru (ヘルモード ～やり込み好きのゲーマーは廃設定の異世界で無双する～), also known as Hell Mode: The Hardcore Gamer Dominates in Another World with Garbage Balancing, is an anime series based on the ligth novel of the same name written by Hamuo and illustrated by Mo. The story follows Kenichi Yamada, a 35-year-old veteran gamer tired of easy titles and server shutdowns. After choosing the ‘Hell Mode’ difficulty in a mysterious new game, he is reincarnated as Allen, a serf in another world. With no wealth or status, he must rely on relentless grinding and min-maxing his Summoner class to dominate his new reality.
